Our client has an immediate opening for a Chief Clinical Officer who will develop and manage the implementation of the clinical programming in all residential and outpatient facilities within Long Island and New York City. He/she will oversee the implementation of clinical treatment programs in residential facilities. Develop metrics for measuring quality of clinical care and patient outcomes. Institute trainings regimens for clinical staff that ensure each is properly qualified and prepared to deliver clinical care to patients. Engage in the annual budget preparation. In addition, The Chief Clinical Officer will recruit, develop, motivate and retain clinical staff through regular supervision and goal setting.
➢ 7-10 years of experience working with substance use and mental health disorders (combination of counseling and supervisory experience).
➢ Familiarity with regulations governing substance use treatment services.
➢ Strong clinical experience in SUD and Mental Health treatment; ability to develop curriculum, programmatic implementation and training for all levels of clinical team
➢ Strong analytical skills to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and integral in leading organizations continuous quality improvement program
➢ Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
➢ Ph. D preferred in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
➢ Independent license issued by New York State.
➢ Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in good standing, preferred
