On behalf of our clients, R.S.M.C is seeking a Assembler

Opportunity Highlights 
  • 12 months Term

  • Pay rate: Second Shift - 15.50/hr
  • ​Third Shift - 15.75/hr      
  • The requisition is Temp position. 


Candidate will perform basic and routine electro-mechanical assembly operations.  The candidate will provide support for a new machine called MAA (Mechanical Assisted Assembly). The experience with Assembly is preferred, not required.

This is 12 months contract to hire opportunity.
These are new roles and client is looking for candidates to start ASAP.
Drug screen will need to clear before starting, background can be pending. The candidate needs to submit the drug sample within 48 hours of offer. 

Shift: 2nd

Start time: 4:00PM-12:30AM

Training Schedule: Training will be provided at 04:00 PM

Shift: 3rd

Start time: 10:00PM-06:30AM
Interview Process: Questions below to submit with resume submission
Training Schedule: Training will be provided at 04:00 PM, 3rd shift will move to their shift 1-2 weeks after training at 10:00PM

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follows verbal and/or written instructions such as drawings, travelers, work instructions, process specifications, and direction of supervisor in completing a variety of assembly and subassembly tasks.

  • Under direct supervision uses a variety of tools, fixtures and equipment to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble units.

  • Assures product meets or exceeds company and customer expectations of quality and workmanship.

  • Accurately reports production data.

  • Reads, understands and adheres to appropriate company and department policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, safe and productive workplace and quality products and customer service.

  • Must immediately report any and all unsafe conditions and/or work related injuries/illnesses to supervisor.

  • Performs other duties, as assigned, to maintain efficiency throughout the company.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to log in and out of ERP system. Ability to input data.
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Entry Level Position: High school diploma

  • One to two years related experience and/or training a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or as deemed appropriate by Senior Management of Client Motor Technologies.
