Roles & Responsibilities
⦁Lead overall Talent Supplier Engagement for our marketplace 
⦁Be the “face” of our client to our Talent Supplier community
⦁Manage all aspects of Talent Supplier Engagement from activation, retention and referrals 
⦁New Talent Supplier Engagement- Welcome messaging, host webinar trainings, building talent supplier relationships
⦁Educate potential Talent Suppliers on the value operating model
⦁Support Talent Suppliers as they generate income in the marketplace
⦁Partner with Marketing for geographic and domain expansion
⦁Partner with Talent Advisors to capitalize on revenue opportunities
⦁Maintain industry leading Net Promoter scores
⦁Conduct scorecard and performance enhancements with talent suppliers and mentor them on areas for improvement
⦁Work in tandem with product development team to evolve platform, drive feature enhancements, provide feedback, test new capabilities and become an internal product champion
⦁Develop and deliver top-notch training and development program that enables staffing professionals to be the best in the industry

⦁Ability to assess organizational and operational weaknesses and make necessary improvements in a quick and decisive manner 
⦁Ability to coach, train, mentor, motivate, communicate effectively staffing professionals
⦁Vision to help Talent Suppliers reach their highest potential 
 ⦁Ability to win the hearts and minds of Talent Suppliers and Peers

Minimum Qualifications
⦁3+ years of recruiting and/or staffing experience 
⦁Excellent Customer Service skills
⦁Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly present recommendations and results 
⦁Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal 
⦁Self-starter, high initiative, resourceful 
⦁Efficient in MS Office and Google Suite
